12. Subscription Payments

All subscription payments for MY-STE-BUDDY are handled by our designated merchant of record, FastSpring. By subscribing to our service, you agree to abide by FastSpring's terms and conditions regarding payment processing and billing. We do not store or process any payment information directly and rely entirely on FastSpring for secure transaction processing.

13. Accuracy Disclaimer

While MY-STE-BUDDY strives to provide accurate analysis of text documents for Simplified Technical English (STE) compliance, it is important to note that no automated tool can guarantee 100% accuracy due to the complexities of language and interpretation. Users should understand that the results provided by the service may not always be perfect and should use their discretion when implementing any suggested changes.

14. Refund policy

MY-STE-BUDDY offers a three-day trial period during which users can access the full functionality of the service at no cost. This trial period allows users to experience the features and capabilities of MY-STE-BUDDY before committing to a subscription. For this reason, we maintain a strict NO REFUND POLICY after subscription.

15. Right to Refuse Service

MY-STE-BUDDY reserves the unassailable right to refuse service to any client or trial user without providing justification.

16. Non-Transferability of Accounts

User accounts are deemed personal and are strictly non-transferable to any other individual or entity.

17. Support Level Agreement (SLA)
  1. Scope of Support: Our support services encompass assistance related to technical issues, inquiries, and clarifications pertaining to your usage of our SaaS service MY-STE-BUDDY.
  2. Communication Channels: Support requests can be initiated through our designated channels, including email support@MY-STE-BUDDY.com.
  3. Response Time: We aim to acknowledge all support requests within 24 hours of receipt during regular business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  4. Resolution Time: We strive to resolve technical issues promptly and aim to provide a solution or workaround within 48 hours of acknowledging the support request.
  5. Support Hours: Our support team operates during standard business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, local time (GMT -1), Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  6. Escalation Procedure: If a support issue requires escalation, our team will prioritize and escalate it internally to ensure timely resolution, keeping you informed throughout the process.
  7. Exclusions: Support services do not cover issues arising from misuse of the platform, unauthorized modifications, or integration with incompatible third-party services not endorsed by MY-STE-BUDDY.COM.
18. Subscription Termination

MY-STE-BUDDY reserves the unilateral right to terminate your subscription with regard to the conclusion of the current subscription period. This prerogative enables MY-STE-BUDDY to cease your subscription prior to the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle, whilst ensuring continued access to the service until the conclusion of the ongoing billing term. MY-STE-BUDDY may exercise this discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to, breaches of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the service. In such instances, MY-STE-BUDDY shall provide notification to you via electronic mail or through the designated communication channels of the service.
